I went into my first audiobook experience with not a small amount of trepidation. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was determined to get past my nervousness. It was my debut novel, and debut novels are like your first-born kid. They teach you so many things. One of those things was to have a little faith in the process, and that faith was largely due to Sean's efforts. Upon hearing his audition tape, I knew immediately he was my narrator. No hesitation. After agreeing to the contract and hiring, Sean went all-in on my book. We talked pronunciation. We talked character development and plot. He brought my characters to life in a way that went beyond my expectations. He was extremely thorough and, most of all, enthusiastic. I had zero issues with Sean. In fact, he caught a few grammatical errors in my own writing. Everything he touched, he improved. My debut novel is the first book in a trilogy, and I will be hiring him again for the next two books in the series. I'd trust no one else. I know I cannot give a proper rating or stars on ACX, but I wish I could. 5/5 Gold Stars.
